looking around, electric scooters go around £400 at the cheapest, and when I look at eletric bicycles they start from £2600. What's up with this price inflation?
I can get a decent brand new bike for around £400. Read online that a good battery for the end consumer costs around £400 plus some £150 for the motors and here you have a bike that will cost you less than £1000.
So where does the other £1600 come from? Would consider an ebike if they were around £1000 max, but the price of a motorbike is just too much.
